Flocculant is a chemical that helps the process of clotting impurities in water treatment. Flocculant is needed to settle faster. Chemically, flocunal known as polyacrylamide is made by combining several different monomers. Monomers are basic ingredients derived from petroleum that are converted to acrylamide.
